Terms of use

A note before you read · in progress

We’re still finishing this page. Everything below is true of Reed today; a fuller version, with our legal contact details, is on its way.

Using Reed

Reed is for your own Bible study. Use it honestly: don’t abuse, probe, or disrupt the service, don’t use it to harm others, and don’t resell access to it.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the people on it.

Your content

Your study, notes, and reflections remain yours. We claim no ownership; you grant us only the limited license needed to store, back up, and show your content to you — that’s what running the service means. If you choose to share a devotional plan to the library, you’re letting other readers use it in their own study.

Disclaimers

Reed is provided as-is, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Reed is a study tool — it’s no substitute for your own judgment, your pastor, or your church community.

Changes

We may update these terms as Reed grows. Updates will be posted here, and continuing to use Reed after they’re posted means you accept them.

Contact

We’re finalizing a monitored contact address and will post it here, along with our legal details, before long.
